Who we are
UHY FINOVA S.àr.l. is a Chartered Accountant firm based in Luxembourg founded in 1996. In 2000 the firm joined the international network of UHY International. Five years later it became a full independent member of UHY International. In 2018 due to growth, new partners and changes in the firm the name was changed to UHY FINOVA S.à r.l.
Specialized personal is the key to success. Our team is composed of experienced professionals, skilled in operating in cross-border European environment.
The working languages are English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Luxembourgish.

UHY FINOVA S.à r.l. is a member of Urbach Hacker Young International Limited, a UK company, and forms part of the international UHY network of legally independent accounting and consulting firms. I started working as Corporate Secretary at UHY Finova in 2005. Aside from the corporate administrative management of a number of client companies, I am responsible for compliance checks and the monitoring of our KYC records.
